About me

I am a Computer Science graduate student at Concordia University, specializing in complex networks, machine learning, and computational neuroscience. With a diverse background spanning from implementing recommendation systems to developing spiking neural networks, I bridge theoretical computer science with practical applications.

My professional experience includes leading software teams in developing microservice architectures and crafting sophisticated routing solutions and more. What sets me apart is my analytical approach to problem-solving, whether it's optimizing complex algorithms or architecting scalable systems. I've published research on neural networks in medical applications and co-authored a book on discrete mathematics. As an educator, I've taught and mentored students across various computer science disciplines, from introductory programming to advanced statistics. My technical toolkit encompasses data manipulation, parallel programming, full-stack development, and machine learning frameworks, with particular expertise in Python's scientific computing ecosystem.

Beyond academia and coding, I find balance through martial arts as a 4th-dan black belt and instructor in Kyokushin Karate. When not immersed in research or training, you'll find me playing guitar or exploring new programming paradigms. I'm fluent in Persian and English, with elementary knowledge of French and German.
